2 Mar: Consultation/discussion document for possible expansion of PHARMAC's role
The Minister is seeking the views of clinicians on a proposal to expand the current role of PHARMAC with respect to hospital medicines and a limited range of medical devices. Submissions close 1 April 2010.

26 Feb: Proposed changes to regulations under the Medicines Act 1981 – consultation paper
In New Zealand, medicines and medical devices are regulated by the Medicines Act 1981 and the regulations that sit under it, most notably the Medicines Regulations 1984 and the Medicines (Standing Order) Regulations 2002. This consultation paper discusses several proposed changes to these regulations. Submissions close 26 March 2010.
