The Ministry has updated this handbook for the 2007 elections as 2007 District Health Board Elections: Information for candidates. The revised edition includes changes to candidate eligibility requirements introduced through the Crown Entities Act 2004. The 2004 version below should not be referred to, and remains on the Ministry's site for archival purposes.
