Should I wear a bra all the time?

It is a good idea to invest in a maternity bra and budgeting for this during pregnancy may be necessary.

Taking the time to be fitted by an experienced corsetière may also be useful during pregnancy as breasts may increase in size.

Any large retailer and/or department store which have a lingerie department will have specially trained staff to assist. Call ahead to arrange a time that suits.

In general, avoid under wire bras or bras which are too tight fitting (as they may interfere with the milk ducts in your breasts) and choose a bra that is seamless over the nipples.
