What is cluster feeding and what causes it?

Breastfeeding babies normally have some breastfeeds close together which is called ‘clustering’. These may happen when the baby is having a growth spurt or perhaps is having an unsettled period.

Try to accommodate this increased demand, it will not continue indefinitely and stay as rested and relaxed as possible.
