	Meningococcal Disease - Meningitis is Serious A5 Pamphlet 'Don't wait - take action' is the key message in this new meningitis pamphlet. The signs and symptoms of this dangerous disease are described using illustrations with information on the illness, who is at risk and treatment. This pamphlet replaces code 7024 'Meningococcal Disease'.

	Immunisation Register for Early Childhood Services and Primary Schools A3 sheet This revised register has been combined with code 7018 and is now for both Early Childhood Services and Primary Schools. The large sheet is headed with names of the diseases that can be immunised against, for teachers to keep a register of whether children are immunised or not, for Medical Officer of Health reference in times of an epidemic.
