The Team

Members of the Advisory Group are:
Sue Hayward (Chair, DON)
Daria Martin (CTA)
Phillipa Molloy (DON)
Kerry-Ann Adlam (DON)
Mark Jones (MoH)
Margaret Dotchin (DON)
Carolyn Reed (NCNZ)

The Advisory Group has evolved from the NETP Project Group which has now completed its work. The success of the NETP Project Group led to the recognition of the need for a similar forum to provide advice to CTA on effective use of CTA funding for both NETP and postgraduate Nursing training.

CTA Reporting Requirements

Training will be provided for DHB programme coordinators in order to support the collection of the data required by the CTA. The first training day on 28 September 2007 is now full and invitations have been sent out for 6 December 2007.

NETP Quarterly Reports The NETP quarterly reports have provided a comprehensive report on DHB achievements in relation to the delivery of NETP. As all DHB programmes are now established, the CTA no longer requires this level of reporting on an ongoing basis. These reports have now been replaced by Report Two and the NETP evaluation. Report Two is due following the completion of the NETP programme and is linked to payment of invoices.

This funding is ring-fenced and can only be used for training according to the definitions of primary and rural health care nursing found in the CTA postgraduate nursing training specification. Rural and Primary Health Care Nursing will be identified separately in reporting requirements.
