Eligibility for Publicly Funded Health and Disability Services

Guide to Eligibility

Find out if you are eligible

Eligibility means the right to be considered for publicly funded health and disability services. It is not a right to receive those services.

Each person must meet the eligibility criteria in their own right. The eligibility of a person's partner, for example, does not automatically give the person the same eligibility.

When you click on the Find out if you are eligible button below, a series of questions will appear.

Click on the Yes or No buttons to progress through the questions.

When you reach a page that best describes your situation, it will provide information on whether you are eligible for publicly funded health and disability services, the eligibility criteria and what you need to prove your eligibility.
