The Concise Tables include a subset of data (950 foods, 32 nutrients) from the New Zealand Food Composition Database. The Concise Tables are designed as a quick and easy reference for the general public, students, health professionals, food writers, researchers and the food industry.

TheConcise Tables are updated every three years in consultation with users.

The Concise New Zealand Food Composition Tables are designed as a quick and easy reference for the general public, students, health professionals, food writers, reserachers and the food industry. These tables contain data for 32 nutrients and around 950 commonly consumed foods from the NZ Food Composition Database.
