Section 171 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (the Act) requires the operation of the Act be reviewed as soon as practicable 3 years following its commencement.
The Ministry is consulting on the operation of the Act.
The closing date for submissions is Friday 21 December 2007.
