Use Boolean logic to narrow/define search

Boolean Terms	Example
AND combines words or phrases	health promotion AND new zealand
OR selects references containing both terms	public health workforce OR health workforce development
AND NOT cuts out references containing the 2nd term.	health promotion AND NOT health education
Truncate terms using *	politic* - gives politic, politics, political
