National Health Emergency Plan (NHEP)
This plan describes the larger context within which the Ministry of Health and all New Zealand health services will function during any national health-related emergency, including New Zealand's responsibilities under international agreements and regulations.

New Zealand Influenza Pandemic Action Plan 2006
The New Zealand Influenza Pandemic Action Plan is intended for anyone involved in planning for or responding to an influenza pandemic, as well as providing general information on pandemics and government planning for New Zealand as a whole.
