This report is a review of the cardio-thoracic services provided by Capital Coast District Health Board (C&CDHB) for patients from the Central region.
It was commissioned by the Director-General of Health, and performed by Associate Professor John Elliot and Dr Ian Crozier, Cardiologists, Christchurch.
The period of the review is the 25 months from 1st January 2006 to 31st January 2008.
