Summary of publication
This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites proposals from eligible primary health care providers and/or primary health care organisations or networks.
Proposals will help deliver the Government's priority for a more personalised primary health care system, which delivers services closer to home, makes Kiwis healthier and reduces pressure on hospitals.
EOIs must be delivered to the Ministry of Health by 9:00am on the 14th of October 2009.
