Therefore the provision of the first artificial eye is the responsibility of the hospital at which the procedure was performed and is not eligible for claiming under the subsidy for artificial eyes. Who can claim this service payment?The subsidy is claimable by the supplier of the artificial eye only. How much can I claim?
