What is the Diagnostics Imaging Service Payment?

This service is claimed by a Radiologist under the Section 88 notice.

Who can claim this service payment?

This service can only be claimed by a Radiologist.

How much can I claim?

Ultrasounds $30.00
Mammograms $11.80
Barium Enema $37.60

How do I claim?

The following is mandatory information which must be provided for your Claim to be accepted:

• Payee number
• Agreement – Site (name of practice) Agreement Numbers are normally used, however the Radiologist may use his/her own Agreement Number
• Amount Claimed
• Signature in ink on the Claim Summary form and Schedule of Patient information.
• Schedule of patient names, services provided with amounts being claimed and the dates of service.

When will my claims be paid?

Payment will be made within 20 business days of receiving a valid claim.
