Claimant Services


Sector Services currently receive claims electronically, by diskette and manually. Valid claims are paid out by direct credit as per contractual agreement time-frames upon receipt of accurately completed documentation.

The role of Sector Support is to process, pay, and administer claims and provide support to claimants to enable the efficient and effective management of the claiming process. The team carries out a range of provider related responsibilities including processing new applications by providers.
