The Waimarino Review Final Report and Recommendations

The purpose of this document is to inform the people and service providers in the Waimarino of recommended changes to health service delivery at the Waimarino Health Centre in Raetihi, and of proposed new services for the region.

The final recommendations were developed as a result of the submission and discussion process that followed the release of the discussion document in March 2001.

With the public release of this document the Waimarino Health Services Review 2001 is completed.

The responsibility for implementing the recommendations in this review passes to the Whanganui District Health Board on the day of release. Any queries about the recommendations or other aspects of this report should be addressed to the Board.
