Toward Clinical Excellence: A toolkit to develop consumer participation in credentialling provides a resource for the health and disability support sector to meet the requirements of the national credentialling framework (Ministry of Health 2001).
The toolkit has been designed with the dual purpose of providing:
- specific information on the appointment and support of consumers in credentialing
- introductory information for provider organisations looking to develop effective partnerships with consumers to plan and evaluate other aspects of health and disability support services.
