National Survey of Pacific Nurses and Nursing Students

This report presents and discusses the results of the National Survey of Pacific nurses and nursing students in New Zealand. This first National Survey of Pacific nurses and nursing students was conducted between September 2002 and September 2003. The Survey aimed to provide trends in the characteristics of the following target groups within the Pacific nursing workforce.
- Active nurses.
- Non-active nurses.
- Nursing students.
- Nurse educators.
- Nurse managers.
