HFA - DSS National Audit Programme for Home-Based Services

In October/November 1998, home-based services (i.e. DSS-funded care at home, provided by an agency or organisation) were identified as an area for audit. The audit project was completed between 15 May and 15 November 1999. This report summarises the National Letter Survey findings, the audit process and findings, and makes recommendations for the way forward.
