The National Cervical Screening Programme (NCSP) Operational Policy and Quality Standards (NCSP standards) provides the large number of health workers who provide the services of the NCSP with a defined set of operational policy and quality standards to meet.

The development of these standards included considerable public consultation and clinical and technical input from health professionals, providers and advocates of women’s health.
