In mid-2004 the Ministry of Health sought views on the development of a Monitoring Framework and Strategic Research Agenda for He Korowai Oranga. Focus group meetings were held around the country and submissions were requested. The results of this testing and feedback process have been collated and have been actively used to inform the development of the Monitoring Framework for He Korowai Oranga.

The Summary of Submissions document provides an overview of the comments and feedback on the submission booklet. The information provided is being used by the Ministry to guide the sector in how to maximise evaluation, research and monitoring activities to improve Mäori health outcomes.
