Summary

This paper is a summary of submissions made to the Ministry of Health paper, Criteria for Capital Assistance for Small Drinking Water Supplies: A discussion paper. It has been prepared by the Institute of Environmental and Scientific Research for the Ministry. The Ministry of Health Drinking Water Assistance Programme provides technical and capital assistance to small drinking water supplies. The discussion paper outlined options for determining which supplies could apply for capital assistance, how much they can get and what it can be used for.
