Programme Administrator

This position suits an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a front line role. You’ll focus on providing first-rate professional coordination and administrative support services to the Deputy Director-General as well as the wider Directorate Support team to deliver organisation results.

Your flair for coordination, time management and communication will shine, as you efficiently communicate with key stakeholders to support the administration activities within the directorate. You will be required to show initiative and be able to cope with competing priorities while preserving high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. You’ll be working with a friendly and supportive team where everyone works together to get the job done. From travel arrangements through to taking minutes at meetings, no two days will be the same.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a front line support role (diary management skills essential) and possess a high degree of computer accuracy including advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

This is a full-time position based in Wellington.
