The Office Services Team requires a Customer Support Office to provide professional, knowledgeable, customer focused reception/telephone and administration support services for Office Services, Ministry Staff and the public.

The person will be computer literate, have a good phone manner, have a genuine commitment to providing a quality service to all customers, is multi-skilled, and has a good sense of humour, with the ability to make realistic and relevant connections between their own work and the work of the Ministry.

The person will undertake reception and administration support functions at Ministry sites in Wellington.

Office Services work is often demand driven, working in an environment where the workload and the priorities are consistently changing.

This is a full time permanent position located in Wellington
