Principal Technical Specialist/Senior Analyst (Data, Modelling & Forecasting)

The Strategic Workforce Development Unit is responsible for developing policy advice on issues affecting the health & disability workforce at a national level. By using your advanced data modelling and forecasting skills with your in-depth specialist knowledge of labour markets, economics and the health disability sector, you’ll play an important role in translating technical data for use in developing workforce policy.

Your communication and relationship management skills are of the highest standard assisting you with building and maintaining networks across the sector. You are known for sound judgement, applied intellect, and critical thinking and willingly share your expertise with others. You have experience including advising Ministers, and drafting ministerial responses to Parliamentary Questions and questions from the public.

Consideration at the Principal Technical Specialist level will be dependent on the level of skills, expertise and experience you can bring to the role

This position is fulltime, and located in Wellington.
