We have two positions, which require you to be a strong communicator, keen to create a firm platform for public sector success; these roles have all the diversity of tasks and development opportunities you could ask for. Join our team, and put your writing, research and analytical skills to great use in efficiently drafting ministerial letters and responses to Parliamentary Questions. These are interesting and important roles in which you’ll interact with staff across the Ministry and gain an excellent insight into the workings of government.

You’re an excellent writer—fast and accurate—and you’ll enjoy working autonomously and meeting tight deadlines. You’ll source information from other staff, so your interpersonal skills will be first-rate, as will be your time-management and problem-solving abilities. It’s essential you can maintain confidentiality and learn new computer programs quickly.
