The Solutions Delivery Group is here to deliver high quality technical solutions that support health sector services. The group includes: Business analysis, development, solutions architecture and testing all working closely with other Ministry teams to deliver effective solutions.

We are looking for a strong leader to provide direction and strategic thinking to our Business Analysis function. Comprised of four BA teams across New Zealand we require a strong person who excels in thought leadership and robust delivery to ensure quality and consistency in service provision.

Your main duties will be to:

Deliver services to agreed levels
Develop, maintain and adapt an effective business analysis process
Monitor and report service performance, service level achievement, and improvement activity
Conduct stakeholder reviews
Proactively identify opportunities

You will be an excellent communicator and will have previous experience managing a small direct report team, but co-coordinating a larger group. To be considered you should have exposure of;

Essential:

Management and leadership experience of multiple teams in a complex technical environment
Excellent technical understanding of business analysis and related tools
Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing quality processes for business analysis
Experience of setting and working to SLA’s and KPI’s
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Health Sector Experience
